I have not received a response to my email

If you contacted us using the "Help" button on our website or just by emailing us at, you should receive an automated response almost immediately and then a more detailed, individualized response within a few hours (often much sooner!). Depending on your timezone and our availability, it may take 24-48 hours for us to respond.

If you are not seeing a response from us in your inbox, the first thing to do is to check your email's spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes our messages get misdirected there.

If it has been at least 48 hours since you contacted us and you're not seeing our response in your junk or spam mail folder, please call us at (360) 358-5502 and leave us a message. Be sure to leave your name and email address so that we can look up your account before reaching out to you.
