I have not received a response to my email

If you contacted us using the "Help" button on our website or just by emailing us at help@foxylearning.com, you should receive an automated response almost immediately and then a more detailed, individualized response within a few hours (often much sooner!). Depending on your timezone and our availability, it may take 24-48 hours for us to respond.

If you are not seeing a response from us in your inbox, the first thing to do is to check your email's spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes our messages get misdirected there.

Another option is to visit the Helpdesk section of the myAccount dashboard. There you will see a button titled "My Previous Helpdesk Conversations" that you can click to see any messages you sent to us via the Help button and our responses. You can also access these conversations at any time from the "Help" button (just click "Contact Us" at the top of the widget and then "Previous Conversations" at the bottom). This won't work for messages you send to use directly via email, though.

If it has been at least 48 hours since you contacted us and you're not seeing our response in your junk or spam mail folder or via the "Previous Conversations" section of our Help widget, please call us at (360) 358-5502 and leave us a message. Be sure to leave your name and email address so that we can look up your account before reaching out to you.
