Why are there so many "star" ratings but so few reviews?

You may notice that many of our products have a lot of "star" ratings but not actual text reviews. That's because we launched simple star ratings many years before we launched full reviews. We still display and count all of the star ratings, but many do not have the helpful full review that we now allow.
