I did not receive a validation email for my account
Sometimes email accounts automatically filter your email (to eliminate spam and whatnot), so your validation email may have been mistaken for spam and filtered out. Check your email program’s junk mail box or spam folders to see if the message is there. You should also reset your spam/junk mail filters to allow emails from foxylearning.com.
If you still cannot locate your validation email, visit the forgotten password page to have another validation email sent to your email address. If this does not work, please contact us so that we can validate your account manually.
