The name on my certificate of completion is not correct
In many cases, the name for your user account defaults to the name you entered for the payment method you used to complete your purchase. This is usually okay, except when you use a payment method that does not have your name listed for the billing address. For example, you might use a company card or a family member's card.
In such cases, it is easy to change the name on your account (which will also change your name on any certificates of completion you download). You can also follow this process if you made a typo or some other mistake when entering your name. Just follow these steps:
- Visit the myAccount dashboard and select the "Edit Account" link
- Enter your first name, middle name or initial (optional), and last name in the fields at the top of the page.
- Click the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the page.
After following these steps, any certificates of completion you download should have your updated name.
