Star Points FAQ

Star Points is (are?) our loyalty/rewards program! Some might even call it a super foxy token economy. The way it works is pretty simple:

• Earn 1 Star Point for every $1 spent on CEU modules, bundles, or gift cards
• Earn bonus Star Points by posting product reviews (20 pts for each review)
• Redeem Star Points toward future purchases on our site (10 pts = $1)

What can I buy with Star Points?

Star Points can be redeemed toward purchases of CEU modules, bundles, and gift cards. 

How can I track my Star Points?

You can track the Star Points you've earned and redeemed, see opportunities for earning more Star Points, and more from the Star Points section of the myAccount dashboard. 

Do Star Points expire?

Yes, Star Points expire after two years. We'll notify you via email in advances of your points expiring, though, to give you plenty of time to redeem them before they expire.

We also reserve the right to terminate this program at any time, but you will be informed in advance if this were to happen. And it probably won't happen. :)
