Unable to Click Mark Complete Button for Video

If you're completing an interactive video and are not able to click the "Mark Complete" button, please try the following:

  1. Make sure you let the video play to the very end. Stopping it even a second or two before it reaches the end will prevent the "Mark Complete" button from being enabled.
  2. If the "Mark Complete" button is still not enabled after letting the video play to the end, try refreshing the page and then clicking the "play" button in the video control bar. Sometimes this will enable the "Mark Complete" button.
