Star Points FAQ

Star Points is (are?) our loyalty/rewards program! Some might even call it a super stellar token economy. The way it works is pretty simple:

• Earn 1 Star Point for every $1 spent on CEU modules, bundles, or gift cards
• Earn bonus Star Points by posting product reviews (20 pts for each review)
• Redeem Star Points toward future purchases on our site (10 pts = $1)

Do Star Points expire?

Nope! Your Star Points will stay with your account for as long as you have it. Although we reserve the right to terminate this program at any time, you will be informed in advance if this were to happen. And it probably won't happen. :)

What can I buy with Star Points?

Star Points can be redeemed toward purchases of CEU modules, bundles, and gift cards. 

How do I redeem my Star Points?

At the top of the cart page you'll see a simple form that you can use to apply your Star Points toward your order.

How can I track my Star Points?

You can track the Star Points you've earned and redeemed, see opportunities for earning more Star Points, and more from the Star Points section of the myAccount dashboard.
