The name on my certificate of completion is not correct

The name for your user account defaults to the name you entered for the payment method you used to purchase your CEUs. This is usually okay, except when you use a payment method that does not have your name listed for the billing address. For example, you might use a company card or a spouse's card. 

In such cases, it is easy to change the name on your account (which will also change your name on any certificates of completion you download). You can also follow this process if you made a typo or some other mistake when entering your name. Just follow these steps:

Visit the " Personal Info" section of the myAccount dashboard. You can reach this from the myAccount menu by selecting "Account Settings" and then "Personal Info."

Enter your first name, middle name or initial (optional), and last name in the fields at the top of the page. You can also enter a suffix (e.g., BCBA), but this will not be printed on your certificate of completion.
Click the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the page.

After following these steps, any certificates of completion you download should have your updated name.
